- ORDER THAT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET: Any order that hasn’t been shipped can be canceled fully or partially. The amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer and should reflect in his account in 7-10 days.
- ORDER WAS DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED: We take utmost care while packing to ensure that the product reaches the customer the way it is presented on the website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. In case the product is damaged, please inform us IMMEDIATELY, providing the necessary photos that prove this. Damaged products may be returned within 14 days from the day were received by the customer. The refund will be made at the full amount of the product and delivery cost.
- INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with complaints details and we will replace the product for the next order or refund accordingly depending on the customer’s request.
Refund is made as follows: the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
Cancellation of order: Top Beauty Store reserves a right to cancel any order under the situation where Top Beauty Store is not able to meet the requirements of the placed order.
